TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEAR VALUED CUSTOMERS, PLEASE FIND THE TS AND CS OF CREATING FASHIONABLE MEMORIES WITH US.

• We require that you pay 100% fabric cost, 50% labour cost and 50% upon completion of the outfit.
• Kindly note that 50% balance will not be subject to when the client has time to come for a fitting but when the outfit is complete.
• We require the first fitting to be done physically for customers in Lusaka as we need to see where exactly the adjustments need to be made, if any.
• Fittings are by appointment, so that we give each one of you our full attention.
• Fittings are from Thursdays to Saturdays only.
• Fittings should be within 2 weeks after completion of an outfit, after which there will be a charge for any adjustments (10% of the labour cost).
  After design is approved and made as agreed, any further adjustments thereafter will attract a fee subject to the amount of labour involved.
  Transaction is complete after approved final fitting and collection. If the outfit requires further alterations return it within one week after collection, any further alterations thereafter will attract a fee of K150.
  Please note that we do not do alterations on clothes we did not make.
