  • Sale, clearance, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
